The gauge takes the precision integrated probe, and uses principles of electro-magnetic induction and the eddy current effect, which automatically detects the attribute of substrates.

Works, but not as accurate as I thought, even if you measure the plates for calibration, the result is different each time-5-20 microns… It is clear that it will be clear if the element is painted or not, but the fact is not as accurate as it was described. Came to Moldova in 2 weeks.

Great for money, works for anythingAs expected Easy to use, even do not need to set up out of the box although everything is there for the setting is already coming from the factory calibrated. Plus not batteries, but the Crown works much longer + in the cold does not freeze or cut off when not needed In general, it is worth the money for everything We use it for a long time
